1. General Information

By accessing this website and placing an order, you accept these terms in full. This website specializes in the sale of personalized books. Since these products are custom-made to your specifications, please ensure all details provided during the ordering process are accurate.

2. Payments

We aim to provide a secure and seamless checkout experience. We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • (Include any other methods like Credit/Debit card if applicable)

Payment must be cleared in full before the production of your personalized book begins.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Romania.

  • Delivery Time: All orders are typically delivered within 11 business days. This includes the time required for personalization, printing, and courier transit.

  • Shipping Rates:

    • 25 RON for orders containing a single product with a value under 199 RON.

    • FREE Shipping for all orders with a total value exceeding 199 RON.

4. Personalization Policy

The customer is responsible for providing the correct text, names, or photos for personalization. We are not liable for errors (typos or low-quality images) provided by the customer. Please review your customization carefully before submitting your order.

5. Returns and Refunds

According to European and Romanian legislation regarding "distance contracts," the right of withdrawal (return) does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Returns: We do not accept returns for personalized books unless the product arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Damaged Goods: If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, and artwork, is the property of Fabian Scholtes and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

fabianscholtes.art shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or delays caused by courier services.
